Who needs ISO 9001 certification?

Companies of any size and industry that want to ensure quality systematically and demonstrate it externally. Larger clients and public tenders in particular often require the certificate.

What internal resources do I need?

We take on 80% of the QM effort. You need an internal coordinator. Process owners in your departments provide information and implement measures.

Who is responsible for the QMS?

Your management. Your expert advises, steers the QMS, and reports regularly so that management can meet its responsibilities.

How long does it take to get certified?

It depends on the size, complexity, and maturity of your processes. Small and mid-sized companies usually need three to nine months to align their QMS with ISO 9001.
